We hope to construct an intensivist-led, high-performance, multidisciplinary team dedicated to the intensive care centers and built up an atmosphere of comforts for the patients, the family, and the staff. We hope to achieve high-quality ICU outcomes by process improvements, standardized protocols, and care bundles. We will provide institutional support for comprehensive quality improvement programs. We will dedicate palliative and hospice care in intensive care units to limit medical futility.
